If your item or items are in stock, your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. We use Amazon fulfillment for all orders.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@neckdonut.com. Please type your Order Number in the subject line of the email. Let us know the issue with your product. We will respond within 24 hours.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In some instances self service returns will be available.

We recommend hand washing your Neck Donut's removable cover in cold water with a small amount of detergent. If you happen to use a washing machine we recommend you wash using a delicate cycle. You should hang dry or flat dry your Neck Donut's removable cover.
